On behalf of SIS, Bledar co-organized the session “Mining the Future: Collaborative Pathways to Responsible Raw Materials.” This session brought together experts to explore innovative strategies for sustainable mining practices, focusing on fostering collaboration to address environmental and social challenges in the raw materials sector.
In addition, Bledar moderated the session “Measurements for Sustainable Practices in International Trade,” organized by the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML). This discussion highlighted the critical role of measurement science in improving sustainability practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing transparency in global trade.
